Our focus is primarily on commercial and residential projects across the USA, with extensive experience in new construction, tenant improvement, renovation, and maintenance in the private sector. 

Founded in 1990 by Jin Kim and Heidi Paik, both of whom have over 30 years of hands-on experience, PHK has grown to be one of the fastest-growing dependable construction firms in the region. Our team comprises senior management personnel with over 90 combined years of industry experience, including government-trained Project Managers, Safety Managers, and Quality Control Managers.
